Does Pure expire?

While there is no hard expiration date, we recommend that you use your Pure within 12 months of purchase.

Isn't this an e-cigarette/vape?

No, Pure is not an e-cigarette or vape. It's a disposable aromatherapy diffuser that's 100% free from any harmful chemicals traditionally found in vapes or addictive properties because this product contains zero nicotine and tobacco. While Pure diffusers somewhat resemble e-cigarettes in appearance, Pure diffusers are not e-cigarettes. 

E-Cigarettes are defined as electronic nicotine delivery systems, or ENDS. There is no nicotine in Pure diffusers. In fact, all Pure diffusers are completely free of nicotine, tobacco, Vitamin E acetate, THC, CBD, and any other regulated substance.

Do these products contain toxic chemicals?

Our products are made with USP-grade ingredients such as Vitamin B12, Calm, Caffeine, or Melatonin. These actives are infused in a vegetable base. ​PURE diffusers are completely free of nicotine, tobacco, Vitamin E acetate, THC, CBD, and any other regulated substance.

What is "organic vegetable base?"

Organic vegetable base is USP (United States Pharmacopeia) grade vegetable derived glycerin. Vegetable Glycerin is an all natural liquid generally extracted from plant oils, in particular, soy, coconut oil, and palm oil. It is typically clear with little hint of color, odorless, in some cases sweet, and relatively viscous.

Do I need to refill or recharge my device?

No, there is no need to refill or recharge your device. It is a disposable diffuser that can be used anytime, anywhere hassle free!

How do I know it has run out/died?

You will know that the diffuser has run out/died once the light stops flashing, it starts blinking, or it stops dispensing mist.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges on all products within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in their original condition and include all original packaging and accessories. Please see our Refund Policy Page for more information.

Is there an age restriction?

Pure diffusers contain ZERO drugs or illegal substances. Although it is completely legal and free of any regulated substance, we still don't recommend anyone under the age of 18 to use our diffuser as we do not wish to encourage the hand-to-mouth habit that may lead to unhealthy habits, such as smoking.

How many puffs can I take in a day?

There is no limit to the number of puffs you can take in a day. However, we recommend that you do not exceed more than 10 puffs per day.

How long does the product last?

Each PURE can last for approximately 400 puffs, and each diffuser is made to last over one month of use. Usage life may vary.
